Tumblr’s mature content policy allows flaccid dicks, but not erect ones, and anecdotally, some artists have been able to slip previously auto-flagged pieces under the radar by enflaccinating the penises and making no other changes, which suggests that Tumblr’s automatic flagging process has some sort of algorithmic boner detector – and I’m not gonna lie, I’d be fascinated to learn how that works.
